Long-term goals also include initiating the Jayatu Sanskritam Award, to be presented annually to individuals who have made significant contributions to Sanskrit literature, education, or cultural preservation. The organisation aims to publish Sanskrit books and magazines regularly, promote Sanskrit drama through writing and enactment, and produce educational audio-visual content in Sanskrit. Collaborating with like-minded national and international organisations will be an integral part of the strategy to expand influence. These long-term plans are designed to embed Sanskrit deeply in Nepal’s academic, cultural, and public life.
Jayatu Sanskritam also focuses on immediate-impact activities that can be carried out efficiently within short timeframes. These short-term programs include regular Sanskrit language training camps, aimed at both students and interested adults. These trainings focus on basic conversational Sanskrit, script reading, grammar, and usage in daily communication. Alongside language classes, the organisation offers short courses and workshops on Hindu philosophy, religious practices, rituals, and Vedic culture, aiming to spread awareness about Nepal’s spiritual heritage.
